A 9U Eurorack modular synthesizer with various modules

On this page, we collect Frequently Asked Questions about connecting The Analog Thing to Synthesizers and in particular to the Eurorack system. If you have some questions and/or answers, feel free to add them to this page.

Does THAT have 2mm or 4mm banana plugs?

It's 2mm banana plugs.

Can I connect Eurorack directly to THAT?

Eurorack seems to have ±10V voltage levels. This is similar to THAT front panel but not THAT line levels on the RCA input/output sockets, which are only about ±1.2V. In theory, there is nothing preventing you from connecting Eurorack directly to THAT front panel. The only thing you need is some physical interface, i.e. some adapter cable.

Do you provide Eurorack adapters to THAT?

No, we do not. We encourage the THAT community to produce such adapters, probably as boards or as cables.
