Welcome to the eleventh newsletter on all things THAT (THE ANALOG THING).
Production has started! :-) We got the expected two THAT prototype PCBs from Neuschäfer Elektronik which were used for extensive tests prior to the actual start of production. The two pictures below give an impression of the electroplating processes the PCBs undergo.
The high-quality tailor made cardboard boxes were also delivered on five fork lift pallets to our assembly location, all accessories have arrived as well, so we can now start with assembly, test, packaging, and distribution of your long awaited THATs. :-)
Here are Maikel and Nick soldering the connectors to the panel voltmeters for hundreds of ANALOG THINGs:
We also have several new application notes which might be of interest:
Arno Jacob has provided a set of analog computing symbols for KiCad which can be found in his git repository.
The next Analog Consultation Hour will take place on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 at 6 PM Berlin time. Zoom link: https://anabrid.zoom.us/j/94750770887
Happy analog computing!
